5 Steps on How We Work With You Remotely

01 Tell us what you want
 
- metal color and type (yellow/rose/white, platinum/9k,10k,14k,18k gold/ 925 silver)
- ring size, shank width and thickness
- stone material (natural diamond/lab diamond/moissanite/precious stones) and size
- any photos of inspiration.
 
02 Contact & Quote
Once the above information has been received, a team member will be in touch with you to discuss the design and ensure we understand your vision as you see it.  We will provide you a price quote for your unique piece once all required information has been gathered and clarified.
 
03 CAD design

          

Our team will provide you a CAD design of your jewellery so you can see a digital representation of what your piece will look like.  It will note measurements to ensure the sizing and design is exactly what you envision.  During this CAD process, we will adjust for any changes that are required to ensure you will be happy with your piece.
 
04 Manufacturing (7-10 days approx)
Once we have received approval from you to begin jewellery production, no further changes can be made. Depending on availability/stock/material, the manufacturing generally takes approx. 7-10 days on average. 
 
05 Shipment
Once the jewelry is ready,we will send you photos and videos to check before shipping. When get your full payment, the parcel will be sent you via DHL, UPS or Fedex.
